To have the DOC appellation it must consist of at least 85% Montepulciano grapes and a maximum of 15% other Abruzzo grapes. We have decided to propose a wine in purity: 100% Montepulciano, trying not to alter the original taste of the grapes with a stay in wooden barrels.
