Description
Far away from the world and in the middle of the Middle Ages, a nunnery on a mountain in South Tyrol and – thus closer to the sky – transformed a small plot of land and a vine (a cross between red Trollinger and white Riessling) into an amazing passito that is like no other sweet white wine.
The amount prepared for us per year is very limited. Therefore, it is necessary to reserve the product well in advance of harvesting. The scent of our Passito is heavenly, the taste noble indefinable and velvety. This wine can be stored in the cellar for up to 15 years.
If you taste our Passito Angelico, we cannot promise a good placement in paradise, but guarantee a divine, earthly tasting.
