Eating in Italian culture does not mean taking away your appetite and sedateing the feeling of hunger.
All Italians love to eat, because this physical necessity is actually a ritual that makes happy as well as the mystical contemplation of a masterpiece.
The important thing is not how much you eat, but how: everything must be good, tasty and fresh.
Italian cuisine is appreciated all over the world and helps to give moments of pure joy if prepared properly.
