Stella Lucente Vendemmia Tardiva di uve Moscato

This wine comes from a late manual harvest that takes place at the end of October, only in the best vintages. The fermentation lasts very slowly in small barrels and stops naturally when the grape juice reaches a high sugar concentration. The right balance between alcohol and sugars allows to get the typical hints of withered apricot and honey, which turn into delicious notes of sweet spice and saffron with aging. Compared to the classic version, the one dedicated to Donna Cristina presents a note of toasted almond.
