Stravecchia di Amarone

Exceptional product available in limited quantities: To be qualified as Stravecchia,  this Grappa must follow strict rules of preparation. The pomace must be distilled immediately after fermentation in pot stills. During 18 years in sealed and swooped French barriques, this Grappa rests and develops spicy notes and a strong and harmonious character. The color is amber.
Tasting is recommended at the temperature of 18 degrees, served in cognac glasses.
