Ingredients for 4 persons
350 g di Bucatini (thick Spaghetti)
100 ml extra virgin olive oil
200g pecorino romano grated
Black pepper

Cook al dente the bucatini in salted water.
Drain once al dente and season with oil and pecorino grated
Add as much black pepper as you like
Pepper should be coarsely ground
Serve immediately

Vegetarian version
Toast thin slices of tofu with oil and cut after coarsely
Add black pepper at will
