Ingredients for 4 persons
125 ml milk
125 ml cream
50g sugar
5g fish glue

Bring milk, cream and sugar to boil in a pot
Add fish glue previously soaked in cold water
Stir well to avoid foam formation
Pour into individual cups
Leave in the refrigerator for at least 3 hours
Remove from cupsand decorate to your liking (chocolate or fruit coulis, crushed almonds with honey, etc.)
