Donna Cristina recommends savoring them with: Pinot Grigio D.O.C. – Sauvignon D.O.C. – “Riva d‘Oro” Lugana D.O.C.

Ingredients for 4 persons

500 g porcini mushrooms

25 ml extra virgin olive oil

1 garlic clove

Powdered red pepper

1 spoon of chopped parsley

Salt and pepper

Thoroughly clean the porcini mushrooms and then rub them with a damp cloth

Cut them into strips more or less 2 millimeters thick

In a frying pan brown the chopped garlic

Add the mushrooms in strips, cook for a few minutes

stir-fry and powder with chili, parsley, salt and pepper
