Donna Cristina advises to enjoy them with: Muller-Thurgau D.O.C. – Pinot Grigio D.O.C. – Sauvignon D.O.C. – “Riva dOro” Lugana D.O.C. – Malvasia I.G.P. – Bardolino Chiaretto Rosé D.O.C.

Ingredients for 4 persons
650 g cod (rehydrated cod)
300 g potatoes
0.2 g saffron
1 spoonful of chopped parsley
1 bay leaf
Extra virgin olive oil
Cayenne pepper
Salt

Peel the potatoes and give them a regular shape
Cook them in a potin 1 litre of salted water with saffron and bay leaf
Be careful that they remain firm and keep them in the cooking water.
Cook salted and sliced cod in a pan with oil and chilli
Cook for 10 minutes, turning halfway through cooking
Sprinkle at the end with chopped parsley
Drain the potatoes and cut into thick slices
Arrange them on 4 plates and arrange the cod slices on the potatoes
Garnish with parsley and chilli to Your Taste
